Annual General
Meeting
Bistro Restaurant Castlegar
The
AGM took place on October 15, 2011. Following an opening
prayer the well attended meeting commenced at 11:10. Various
reports were presented concerning the years events such
as the Day of Love and Peter's Day. Financial
reports were conducted and new members welcomed.
The highlight
was a discussion centering on Peace activities with special
guests from the Society of Friends [Quakers] Madeline
MacKay, Nola Landucci, and Anni Valentine.
Alex
Wishlow, Chairman, thanked everyone for their contributions
and the meeting was adjourned at 2:40 with the singing of
Precious Moments.
